6 qt. tomatoes, peeled and chopped
6 large onions, chopped
2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar (optional)
3/4 - 1 c. chopped hot peppers

Directions:
Cook together 1 1/2 hours or until 1/3 down. Pour into hot jars and seal. Process 10 minutes. Makes 6 quarts.
