Ingredients:	Ingredients: 1½ sucre 3/4 t. beurre ou margarine ramollie 1½ c. à t. vanille 3 œufs 1½ c. à t. poudre à pâte 1½ c. à t. bicarbonate de soude (soda) 3/4 c. à t. sel 1½ t. crème sûre GARNITURE À LA CASSONADE 1/2 t. cassonade tassée 1/2 t. noix hachées finement 1½ c. à t. cannelle GLAÇAGE 1/3 t. sucre en poudre 1/4 t. vanille 1 à 2 c. à t. lait

Directions:	Directions: Chauffer le four à 325°F. Graisser un moule tubulaire, Mélanger le mélange de garniture à la cassonade et mettre de côté. Battre le sucre la margarine et les œufs à vitesse moyenne en grattant le bol occasionnellement. Battre environ 2 minutes. Ajouter les ingrédients secs avec la crème sûre et bien mélanger a basse vitesse. Mettre 1/3 de cette préparation dans le moule, ajouter de la garniture à la cassonade. Répéter 2 fois. Cuire environ 1h 20 minutes Retirer du moule et couvrir avec le glaçage.
