1 lb Velveeta cheese, softened
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 c pecans or almonds, chopped
garlic powder to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cheese, nuts, garlic powder. Sprinkle paprika on wax paper. Make into rolls or balls. Roll in or sprinkle with paprika. Chill before serving.

I vary the flavor with flavored cream cheese and spices. My favorite is to fry 1 lb bacon until crispy. Crumble and mix in with bacon grease to taste.
