6 oz of cooked penne pasta
½ lb of fresh mushrooms, sliced
½ onion, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 tbs olive oil
1 can of diced tomatoes, undrained
1 tsp of dried basil or 1 tbs of fresh basil, minced
¼ tsp of salt
1/3 c feta cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet sauté mushrooms, garlic, and onion in olive oil for 5 mins. Add the tomatoes, basil and salt. Cook and stir for 5 mins. Add cooked pasta to skillet. Stir in cheese and heat through.
