1 c. Butter
2 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
3 c. Flour
2 tsp. Cream of Tartar
1 tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar well. Add one egg at a time. Cream. Sift flour, soda and cream of tartar together. Mix dry ingredients into cream mixture.

Roll into balls and roll the balls into the cinnamon & sugar mixture before baking. (1/4 cup sugar & 2 tsp. cinnamon)

Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.

Be careful not to overbake. These cookies are great just a little doughy in the inside.
