1/3 c. flour
1-1/4 sugar
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 square chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add 1/4 c. milk to dry ingredients and make paste. Add egg yolks and whip. Add remaining milk and chocolate. Place on low heat, stir, and cook until thick and done. Pour into baked pie shell.
