Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 small bottle ketchup
1/2 c or so canola oil
8-10 drops Tabasco sauce
3 tbsp minced garlic
2-3 c white or cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in 9 x 13 pan and mix well. Cut sirloin steak into pieces or use cut up boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs. Place in marinade. Make sure to cover all pieces. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cook over grill the next day. This works well for shish-kabobs. Just place meat and vegetables (tomatoes, onions, peppers, mushrooms) alternating, on skewers. Lay skewers on pan with sides and pour marinade over vegetables and meat before grilling.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This is a spin-off of the marinade Magoo's club in Topeka used on their kabobs.
