3/4 C walnuts, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3/4 C butter
3 C all purpose flour
1 1/2 C sour cream
sugar
3 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350º.
1. In small bowl, combine walnuts, cinnamon and 3/4 C sugar. Grease 10" tube pan.
2. In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat butter with 1 1/4 C sugar until light and fluffy. Add flour and remaining ingredients and beat at low speed until blended, constantly scraping bowl with rubber spatula. Increase speed to medium, beat 3 min. occasionally scraping bowl.
3. Spread half of batter in pan, sprinkle with half of the nut mixture, remaining batter and top with rest of nut mixture.
Bake for 60-65 min or until cake pulls away from side of pan.
Cool cake in pan completely on wire rack.
