12 eggs
1/2 c milk
3 c sharp cheddar &/or Colby jack cheese (grated)
1 pkg ham cubes
1 small carton cottage cheese
green onions (chopped)

Directions:
Directions:
Grease large casserole dish. Beat eggs and milk. Pour into casserole dish. Spread ham cubes over the top. Layer cottage cheese over the ham. Stir in 2 cups of the cheese. Top with remaining cheese and green onions. Bake at 350 º for 45 minutes or until middle is set. The thicker the casserole the longer it will take to bake. Using a larger dish will cut down on baking time.
