2 lbs top or bottom round steak
1/4 C veggie oil
2 cloves of garlic, finely cut
1 TSP salt
1/2 TSP pepper
1/4 TSP powdered ginger
1 can chicken consume
1 - 15 1/2 oz can pineapple chunks
1 C green pepper, cut into chunks
1/4 C vinegar
1C green pepper cut into chunks
1 1/2 C celery cut into chunks
3 medium tomatoes cut into wedges
3 TBSP brown sugar
1 TBSP soy sauce
3 TBSP cornstarch
1/2 C water
1 small onion

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch chunks.
Heat oil in heavy skillet and add garlic and meat. Brown well.
Drain oil from pan.
Add syrup from pineapple, salt and pepper, ginger, consume, and half the vinegar.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
Add celery, pepper, and onions.
Add tomato and pineapple chunks.
Blend sugar and soy sauce, water, cornstarch, and remaining vinegar.
Stir into sauce.
Simmer until thickened.
