1 c. flour
1 c. crushed pecans
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
9 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 pkg each vanilla & chocolate pudding (3 oz inst) and 3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
In 9 x 13 pan, mix and pat flour, butter, nuts. Bake 350 for 20 min.

Mix sugar, cheese and 1 c. of cool whip; spread over crust, refrigerate until cool.

Blend together and whip one small pkg each of instant chocolate & vanilla pudding with 3 cups of milk. Spread over pan mixture. Cover with rest of Cool Whip and grate semi-sweet chocolate over top. Keep refrigerated.
