1 large box lime Jello
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 small carton of cottage cheese
1 can of crushed pineapple

Directions:

1. Boil 1 cup of water and pour over dry Jello in 9 x 9 pan; stir 2 minutes to dissolve Jello.
2. Add pineapple, carrots, and cottage cheese and stir well.
3. Refrigerate overnight
