Ingredients:  
1/2 cup butterscotch pieces
1/4 cup butter
Melt in 3 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly--remove from heat and cool to lukewarm.

3/4 cup flour
1/3 packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

1 cup marshmallows
1 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease or Pam and 9" square pan

Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla and egg into butterscotch mixture. Mix well.
Fold the marshmallows, chocolate chips and nuts until just combined.
Spread into grease pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Center will be jiggly, but firms as it cools. Do not overbake.

This recipe easily doubles for a 9x13.
