1 lb hamburger
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
4 med potatoes, peeled & chunked
4 med carrots, chunked
1 lg onion, chunked
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 c water
1 1/2 tsp vineager
1/2 tsp basil
Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine hamburger, 1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp pepper; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. In a skillet over med. heat brown meatballs on all sides; drain. Place potatoes, carrots & onions in slow cooker & top with meatballs. Combine ketchup, water, vinegar, basil & remaining salt & pepper. Cook on high 4 - 5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
