1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C grated processed cheese
1/4 C grated American cheese
1/4 C finely-chopped pimento
1/2 TSP salt
4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
4 C thinly-sliced raw potatoes
2/3 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl mix in can of mushroom soup, grated cheese, pimento, salt, and can of mushroom stems and pieces.
Gradually stir in milk and sliced potatoes.
Pun in greased shallow 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
Top with American cheese.
Bake in oven at 350º for 1 hour, or until potatoes are tender.
