1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken breast w/rib meat

*1-16oz. container sour cream
*/4 cup lemon juice
*1 Tbs. Lawry's season salt
*2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
*salt & pepper to taste

bread crumbs (plain or Italian)
1 stick melted butter

Mix all the * ingredients in a large ziploc bag. Add chicken and marinate over night. The lemon juice in this will really plump up your chicken so the bag will be very full. You can do this in a glass bowl and cover with plastic wrap also. Preheat oven to 350. Pam a baking sheet. Place bread crumbs in a bowl or on a plate. Roll marinated chicken in bread crumbs until covered. Place on baking sheet. Melt stick of butter and pour over chicken. Bake for about 1 hour. You can freeze this at the marinated stage. Remove from freezer 1 day ahead to completely thaw.

Our church has used this recipe for our Annual Youth Dinner Theater since before we started there and we have been there for 16 years. We always looked forward to leftovers.
