Makes 2 large drinks (approx 24 oz each) – keep in mind these are estimated measurements, Harris usually just eyeballs it

1 lime – cut in wedges
4 oz Roses Lime Juice (or to taste)
4 Tbsp sugar
20 leaves of mint
4-6 oz rum – or more to your taste
Ice
1 can club soda

In each glass:
1. Squeeze ½ of the lime wedges into each glass, putting the wedge into the glass when done squeezing
2. Add 2 oz Roses Lime juice
3. Add 2 Tbsp sugar
4. Add 10 leaves of mint
5. Muddle all the above ingredients together
6. Add 2-3 oz rum, or more – mix well
7. Add ice – mix well
8. Add ½ can club soda – mix carefully so you don’t make the soda flat
9. Can add a sprig of mint for flare, then ENJOY!
