2 oz. Parmesan Cheese
1/2 oz. White Wine

Directions:
Directions:
Saute about 15-20 small,, whole mushrooms in butter. When done, drain off butter. Heat all the sauce ingredients and serve the mushrooms with the warm sauce poured on them.
