1/2 cup Skippy Creamy or Super Chunk Peanut Butter
8 slices white or whole-wheat bread
2 medium bananas, mashed
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. I Can't Believe it's not Butter Spread

Directions:
Directions:
Spread peanut butter evenly on one side of 4 bread slices, then spread banana on remaining bread slices. Assemble sandwiches. Lightly dip sandwiches in eggs beaten with milk.

In 12" nonstick skillet, melt spread over medium heat and lightly brown sandwiches, turning once.

Serving suggestion: serve with strawberries or other fresh berries.
