2 C flour
3 TSP baking powder
1/2 TSP salt
3/4 C shortening
1 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450º.
Put flour in a bowl and add baking powder and salt.
Blend in shortening.
Make a hollow center in bowl and add milk.
Mix only until soft enough for dough to be formed.
Roll out into balls until 1/2 inch thick.
Place on a non-stick pan or parchment paper about one inch apart.
Do not re-roll.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.

*** If you would like to make them cheese biscuits, just add 2/3 C cheese to dry ingredients***
