Beef roast
1/2 TSP thyme
2 TBSP sugar
1 TBSP vinegar
1/2 TSP garlic salt
2 C tomato juice
1 C sliced onion
1 bay leaf
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300ºF.
Brown beef in 2 TBSP oil on all sides in pan prior to placing in oven to seal in juices.
Mix seasoning and rub on beef.
Place in a roasting pan with juice and bay leaf and cook for 3-4 hours or to your liking, basting along the way.
