1 C butter
1 1/2 C sugar (fructose)
3 eggs
1 TSP vanilla
2 TSP cream tartar
3 1/2 C flour
1 TSP baking soda
1/2 TSP salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, cream tartar, baking soda, and salt in small bowl and set aside.
With blender, blend butter, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Slowly add in dry mixture until totally blended.
Chill in fridge for 1-3 hours.
When ready, roll onto floured surface.
Cut out or roll small balls, depending on personal preference.
Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes.
Enjoy!
