1 stick margarine, softened
1 stick butter, softened
2 eggs
1 can (8 oz) almond paste
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
additional sugar
sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream margarine, butter and eggs. Beat in almond paste. Add sugar and flour; mix well. Spread into a greased 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle the top with a small amount of sugar and almonds.
Bake at 350º for 30-35 minutes until the top is browned. Cool before cutting.
