1 tbsp. oil
1 lb ground turkey or chicken
1 cup chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped green and/or red bell peppers
1/2 cup (4 oz) can diced green chiles
1 (1.25 oz) package taco seasoning mix
2 cups (16 oz) jar Thick and Smooth Taco sauce, divided
1 package (10) Azteca soft and tender flour tortillas, divided
2 cups (8 oz.) Mexican blend shredded cheese, divided

Preheat oven to 375º F. Grease 13x9 inch baking dish.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey or chicken; cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-6 minutes or until no longer pink; drain. Stir in onion, bell peppers, chiles and seasoning mix. Reduce heat to low; cook, stirring occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are slightly tender.

Spread 1/2 cup taco sauce over bottom of prepared baking dish. Cover with 5 tortillas. Spread with half of meat mixture and 1/2 cup taco sauce. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
