2c. milk
1/4c. butter
1/2c. warm water
2 3/4tsp. yeast (1pkg.)
4 egg yokes
3/4c. sugar
2tsp. salt
Use brown sugar and cinnamon for cinnamon rolls or tea rings

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl beat eggs, sugar and salt.
Warm milk and butter in sauce pan, add to egg mixture.(do not cook eggs)
Stir yeast into warm water add to milk.( not to hot are you will kill the yeast)
Add to egg mixture.
Add 5 or 6 cups flour 1 at a time beat with wooden spoon until smooth and not too sticky.
Let raise until poked lightly with finger dough springs back.
Pitch rolls(use oil on your hands) let rise.
Bake 425 degrees until golden brown, lift one end of rolls should pull away from pan with ease.
Brush with butter
