1 Box Duncan Hines French Vanilla a Cake Mix
4 Eggs
1/3 cup Oil
1 cup Water
1/4 cup Sugar
1 stick Unsalted Butter
4 cups Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup Shortening
1 Tbsp Milk
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 325º
Prepare Cake mix as listed on the box an in addition, add 1 more Egg and 1/4 cup of Sugar.
Beat Mix until blended (about 2 mins)
Add mixture to Muffin Pan lined with Cupcake Liners being careful not to overfill (2/3 fill)
Bake in Oven for about 22 mins, remove and let cool for about 30mins

Buttercream Icing:
Beat Butter, shortening together until fluffy. Add Vanilla and blend well. Add powdered sugar 2cups at a time until all is blended. If icing is too thick, add 1Tbsp of milk and blend.
Spread or Pipe Icing onto Cupcakes and enjoy
