1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
3/4 toasted coconut
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
1 tsp. vanilla

Optional - 1/4 c smooth & 1/4 c crunchy peanut butter

CHILL in the fridge for 30 mins

ROLL into balls
