1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Heat sugar in small skillet, just till melted and turning golden in color.
Add almonds, and continue heating over med. heat until almonds start to "pop", and mix is deep golden. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet. Cool. Break into smaller pieces, or crush finely.
