1 lb. beef liver
1 large onion
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize liver by pounding with a meat tenderizer. Heat a skillet with bottom covered with cooking oil. Slice onion thinly and place in hot cooking oil. Dip liver in milk, then in flour to coat and place on top of onions. Salt and pepper to taste. Turn liver when onions start to cook. Continue frying until liver is brown and onions are cooked.
