3 cups flour
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 T baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cups chopped cranberries
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
2 T grated orange peel
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Great two 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 inch pans. In large bowl with fork, mix flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda. Stir in cranberries, walnuts and orange peel. In small bowl with fork, beat eggs slightly. Stir in milk and salad oil. Stir egg mixture into flour mixture, just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into pans. Bake 60-65 minutes. Cool bread in pans on wire rack 10 min. Remove from pans and cool.
