Zucchini
Velveeta Cheese block
Roasted chilies(Canned chilies)
Diced tomatoes
Jalapeņos
Pepper Jack Cheese
Vegetable Oil
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium to large sauce pot or (crockpot on low) add both cheeses, diced tomatoes, diced chilies, corn, jalapeņos, pinch of salt until all melty. In a small frying pan add oil to frying temperatures. Slice zucchini and place in oil until light brown. Take out and pat off excess oil. Add to corn mix and serve with tortilla chips.

You can roast or keep raw chilies and jalapeņos, add to taste! Also adding red pepper with it is yummy too! Also you can add shredded chicken and the taste just keeps getting better, but if you add chicken also add at least 1 8oz container of cream cheese!!! makes it a little more creamier!!
