Makes 2 pies

2 cups buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, separated
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 stick oleo

Directions:
Directions:
Have oleo at room temperature. Mix salt, sugar, flour, with buttermilk, oleo and egg yolks. Add beaten egg whites and vanilla. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 25 minutes.
