1 chopped onion
Salt and pepper
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce, sometimes I put a little more in the pot but taste it first.
1 large can of tomatoes, do not drain
Celery, about 4 stalks
Frozen corn, peas, green beans – usually 1 large bag of each
Carrots
Potatoes
About 1 head of cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Cook meat in approximately 6 cups of water for 1 hour.
Add tomato juice, onion, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce.
Cook (approximately) an additional 30 minutes.
Add the rest of the vegetables and cook on low heat 2 to 3 hours.
You probably need to add more water. You can also use any of your favorite veggies.
