1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
12 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (do not thaw if frozen)
2 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, 1/3 cup sugar, baking powder, baking soda ad salt in large bowl. Add combined buttermilk, egg and butter, stirring just until moistened. Toss blueberries with 2 T sugar, carefully fold into batter. Spoon batter into 12 buttered muffin cups or paper muffin wrappers. Bake at 400º for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
