1 1/2 lb. round steak, about 3/4 inch thick
2 T. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 medium onion, sliced
1 carrot, chopped
1 small stalk celery, chopped
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut round steak into serving pieces. Season flour with salt and pepper. Dredge meat in flour. Place onions on the bottom of the crockpot. Add meat. Top with carrots and celery and cover with tomato sauce.
Cover and cook on Low for 8-10 hours. On high for 3-5 hours.
