1 Package Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1 Package Instant Pictachio Pudding
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup oil

Sugar Mix:
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teasoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Frosting:
1 box instant pistachio pudding mix
1 cup cold milk
9 oz container of Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients until thick like pudding (using a mixer)
In small bowl mix together 3 T. sugar, 1 tsp. sugar,& 1/2 cup chopped nuts.
Put 1/2 batter into greased tube pan.
Sprinkle 1/2 of sugar mix on batter.
Add remaining batter.
Sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture.

Bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 min.

Cool and frost. Must store in refrigerator.
Beautiful Christmas Cake.

Very moist cake. A favorite. I believe Mom got the recipe from Dorathy Gander.
We made this so much when it became popular...but haven't made one in years! Maybe this Christmas!
