1 # macaroni
1 stick butter
¾ # Velveeta cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c cream or milk
salt & pepper to taste

Cook macaroni per package directions, add butter and Velveeta in a large casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Microwave on a medium setting until cheese melts stirring occasionally. Add cream or milk and stir. Salt & pepper top and bake at 350º for 30 minutes

When cooking pasta I bring the water to a boil then add pasta and bring back to a boil, remove from burner, cover and let stand for 18 minutes stirring once so as not to stick together.
