4 eggs
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup oil
1 cup cold water
3 cups sugar (can reduce)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves, if desired
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup pecans, if desired, ground finely

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, pumpkin, oil and cold water together. Add sugar, cinnamon, cloves, soda and baking powder. Beat. Add flour, salt and pecans. Mix. Pour into 2 large or 3 smaller loaf pans. Bake at 325º for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
