6 potatoes
1/2 c. margarine
2 T. taco seasoning
1 c. shredded cheese
15 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
3 green onions

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes; cut lengthwise into quarters. Scoop out potatoes, leaving 1/4-inch in shell. Combine butter and taco seasoning; brush both sides of potatoes with butter and seasoning mixture. Place potato sides on greased baking sheet; sprinkle with cheddar cheese, bacon, and onions. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
