Marinate:
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 ˝ tsp. ground cumin
1 ˝ tsp. seasoning salt
˝ tsp. chili powder
Small amount of crushed chili flakes to make hot
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. oil or water
1 ˝ pounds thinly sliced chicken, pork, or beef. Can also use shrimp

1 onion cut in thin rings
1 green pepper chopped
1 tomato chopped

Extras:
Chopped iceberg lettuce
Grated cheese
Chopped avocado
Chopped scallions
Salsa for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in small amount of oil. Add tomato and pepper and sauté till soft but not mushy.
Brown meat in a separate pan.
Add meat and veggies together.
Warm tortillas in oven or microwave.
Construct fajahetas - wrap meat and veggies mix and extras in a tortillas. Serve with salsa for dipping.
