Ingredients:  
2 lbs of round steak
1/4 c Flour
1/4 c Melted butter
16 oz Tomatoes
1/2 teas salt
1/4 teas basil leaves
1/8 teas pepper
1/2 c Onion
1/3 c green peppers
6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese


Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving size, dip meat in flour then
saute in butter until brown, Add tomatoes,salt,basil
and pepper to steak. Cover & Simmer for 1 Hour
Then Stir in onions and green peppers.
Cook 30 minutes, sprinkle with cheese over meat
and melt and serve.
