Meatballs:
2 lb. beef
1 large onion
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
½ tsp. nutmeg
2 cloves garlic


Sauce:
12 oz. pineapple juice
1½ tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
⅔ cup brown sugar
1½ tbsp. corn starch
½ cup water
2 cup pineapple
2 green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients for meatballs in a large bowl. Take 1 tbsp. of the mixture and roll into meatballs. Bake meatballs for 10 minutes at 350ºF or until done.

Bring pineapple juice, vinegar, soy, and sugar to a boil. Add corn starch and water mixture slowly to pineapple juice mixture. Wait until sauce thickens them remove from heat.

Add cooked meatballs, green pepper, and pineapple to sauce and bake in oven at 350ºF for 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
