¾ cup quick cooking oats
1 tsp. basil or oregano
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 carrot
1 small zucchini
1½ lbs. hamburger
¼ cup BBQ sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats, basil, salt, pepper, milk, and eggs; let stand for 5 min. Shred zucchini and carrot; add to milk mixture. Add ground meat and blend well.

Scoop evenly into muffin pan; pack lightly and flatten tops. Cover with BBQ sauce.

Bake 400ºF for 20 minutes.
