1/2 C. all purpose four
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 C. ground mustard
1 1/2 C. paprika
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp salt
pinch of pepper
4 pork loin chops, 3/4" thick
1-2 T cooking oil
1 C. ketchup
1 c. water
1/4 C. packed brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow dish, combine the first ten ingredients. Coat pork chops on both sides. In a skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides. Place in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Combine ketchup, water and brown sugar, pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, at 350º for 60 minutes, or until tender.
