16 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained well
2 cups pecans, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
2 T. onion, chopped
1 T. seasoned salt
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cream cheese, pineapple 1 cup of pecans, green pepper, onion, and seasoned salt in a large bowl. Mix well. Shape mixture into a ball. Roll ball in the remaining cup of pecans. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers.
