2 tasses de farine
1 1/2 tasse de sucre
1 œuf
2 c. à thé de soda
1/2 c. à thé de sel
1 boite 20 onces de salade de fruits
1 c. à thé de vanille





Directions:

Dans un bol mélangé farine, soda, sucre, et sel.
Battre l'œuf avec la salade de fruits et la vanille
Ajouter au mélange sec mettre dans une casserole déjà graissée
Bol à gâteau rectangulaire ça fait un gros gâteau.

GARNITURE

1/2 tasse de cassonade noix ou noix de coco facultatif
Cuire a 350F° de 30 à 40 minutes.
Presser le milieu du gâteau s'il ne cale pas le gâteau est cuit.

GLÂÇAGE
1 boite de 6 onces de lait carnation évaporé
1/4 tasse de beurre 1 tasse de sucre
Mélanger et mettre faire fondre à feu doux verser chaud sur le gâteau
