1 whole chicken
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 C milk
salt and pepper
Poultry seasoning as desired
(if desired - 2 carrots and 3 celery ribs, chopped)

For Dumplins:
1 C milk
flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and reserve broth. Bone chicken and return to broth, discarding bones. Add butter, milk, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning to taste. Bring to rolling boil.

Mix flour into milk until mixture resembles biscuit dough. Roll, cut and drop into broth. (Add chopped vegetables here.) Cover and continue to cook for 10 - 15 minutes.

***For easy chicken and dumplins, I use frozen dumplins from the grocery store. They are easy and taste better. I also use a rotisserie chicken for speed with 6 cups of chicken broth. Add water if more liquid is needed.
