1 pound of Linguine or Spaghetti
2 cans of good quality tuna drained preferably packed in oil but water packed is ok
2 cups ripe cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
1 pint of Marinara Sauce
4-5 cloves of garlic sliced
2-3 good quality anchovies
2 tablespoons of capers
2-3 tablespoons of olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Bring the olive oil and garlic to a sizzle in a large skillet over medium heat. Do not let garlic get too dark. Add tomatoes and a pinch or two of salt. Cook for a minute or two while stirring. Add anchovies and red pepper flakes to taste and break up anchovies with wooden spoon. Add capers and cook another minute or two. Add Marinara Sauce and tuna. Break up tuna with spoon completely and bring to a simmer.
To finish the dish, add the al dente pasta to the sauce and stir to combine. Taste the pasta and season if necessary. Add parsley and serve.
