3-4 LB. CHUCK ROAST
1 - ENVELOPE RANCH DRESSING MIX
1 - McCORMICK AU JUS MIX
1 - STICK BUTTER
5-6 PEPPEROCINI PEPPERS

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in the Crock Pot. Smooth ranch dressing mix on top, on top of that smooth the AU jus mix. Place the entire stick of butter on top of the roast. Put the peppers around the butter.

DO NOT ADD ANY WATER.

Turn Crock Pot on low for 8 hours.

This is an awesome recipe. The juices from the roast are wonderful over vegetables. There is really not enough juice to cook veggies in the crock pot.
