1st Layer:
1 lg box orange jello
2 c hot water
1 1/4 c cold water
1 can (no 2) crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg can apricots
I bag mini marshmallows

2nd layer:
2 eggs, well beaten
5 Tbsp flour
1 c sugar
2 c pineapple juice

3rd layer
8 oz cool whip
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Take ingredients for 1st layer and dissolve jello in water, add pineapple, apricots and let cool. Add marshmallows to top.

Take ingredients and mix together. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Spread on top of jello mixture.

For third layer, mix cream cheese and add sugar slowly. Add cool whip. Spread over top of 2nd layer. Sprinkle with grated American cheese or chopped nuts if desired.
